Terms and conditions
Purpose
These terms govern the long-distance passenger transport services provided by Taxi Longue Distance France Europe from France to France and Western Europe.
Quotes and prices
Each service is subject to a prior quote. The stated price covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and parking needed for pick-up and drop-off. It is firm and final once accepted, unless the client changes the route.
Booking
The booking is confirmed in writing with the price, the vehicle type and the pick-up time. No deposit is required.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge as long as the driver has not begun the journey to the pick-up point. Beyond that, kilometres already driven may be invoiced.
Luggage
The volume declared at booking determines the vehicle assigned. A greater volume found at loading may require a change of vehicle and a price adjustment, announced before departure.
Delays and force majeure
Timings are given subject to traffic conditions. In the event of an unforeseeable and insurmountable event, the company's liability shall not exceed the value of the service.
Payment
Payment is made on arrival, by card, in cash or on invoice for corporate accounts.
